Group events and custom templates

Templates can now be authored and tuned with group events in mind. In the template editor you can see which layouts are compatible with the group-event workflow (creator plus model or property owner, with the right participant mix). That visibility helps you avoid building a beautiful template only to discover it cannot be used on a roster-driven shoot.

You can also create and save custom templates optimized for workshops, agencies, or recurring commercial jobs—still constrained by the same compliance rules SnapSign enforces for stock and distributor requirements, but flexible around wording and field ordering where the platform allows.

Save models from a card or roster row

Models can be added to your Model Library without leaving the screen you are on. Long-press a contract card in the main list, or a participant row inside a group event, and choose the action to save the model profile. SnapSign extracts the participant identity you already captured so you are not re-typing names, emails, or IDs when the same talent appears on the next job.

That tightens the loop between signing, archiving, and reusing talent data for autocomplete and future releases.
