Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for SnapSign subscriptions and purchases.

Purchases made through our website

Website purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For purchases made through our website, Paddle’s Refund Policy applies.

Refund requests for website purchases should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, unless a different mandatory refund period applies under local consumer protection law.

To request a refund for a website purchase, please contact Paddle using the support link provided in your purchase receipt, or contact us at support@snapsign-app.com.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, your Paddle order ID or transaction ID.

Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle to the original payment method.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store

If you purchased your SnapSign subscription through the Apple App Store, your purchase and refund request are handled by Apple.

To request a refund, please follow Apple’s refund process: reportaproblem.apple.com

Aleh Hutnikau cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through the Apple App Store because payments and refunds are managed by Apple.

Purchases made through Google Play

If you purchased your SnapSign subscription through Google Play, your purchase and refund request are handled by Google.

Aleh Hutnikau cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Google Play because payments and refunds are managed by Google.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

For App Store purchases, cancellation is managed through your Apple account.

For Google Play purchases, cancellation is managed through your Google Play account.

For website purchases, cancellation instructions are provided by Paddle in the purchase confirmation email.

When a subscription ends, you keep access to Contracts you already created and signed. SnapSign does not lock or remove your existing documents because a subscription expired.
